Shipping Policy

All shipments from Bolzano Artisan Meats LLC will be sent via UPS Ground. Please note all of our products are defined as "shelf stable" meaning they do not need to be refrigerated. Your purchase will arrive unrefrigerated, and this does not effect the safety of the product in any way.

Return Policy

We will issue you a complete refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. A return authorization must be obtained first by contacting info@bolzanomeats.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
