Looking for a block of Lardo? Same as our other Lardo, just cut very thick for you to then either dice or cut into little lardons. Basically, we've just made one of the cuts for you!

This dry-cured pork fatback is full of sweet and complex flavors that our heirloom hogs develop from their diet, exercise, and slow growth.
Creamy, herby and surprisingly fruity and delicate. You'd be surprised at the cult following Lardo is gaining in America until you've tried it melted onto a hot slice of thin crust pizza.
Our Lardo is ready to eat as it is, but is great just a little warmed and melted, and fries wonderfully too.
Presliced newspaper thin in a zip-top vacuum package.
Very limited quantities on this product due to it's small size, so  your order may be for a future batch. Orders will ship out 2-3 weeks after you place your order.
