If you can make the long wait along with us, the Early Reserve is a food lovers dream. Here's what you get:
1. A whole Speck Prosciutto at a 40% discount (these start at about 14 lb. before curing and drying, and are about 11 lb. finished weight)
2. A personal tour for you and friends of Bolzano Artisan Meats. Learn our secrets, sample products and pick out your own Speck Prosciutto. We'll keep you posted on how it's coming along and when it's ready.
3. Our eternal gratitude.
(No slicer at home? No problem - we can slice paper thin for you, as much or as little of your Speck Prosciutto as you like. We can keep the rest of it by us until you tell u s to slice more for you.)

(Curing and drying takes around 10 months, and there is a growing waiting list, so your reservation now will be for a Speck Prosciutto due about 1 year after ordering)
